Reconditioning

Due to industrial recession and growing responsibilities of maintenance staff to reduce cost, we introduced concept of Reconditioning of Mechanical Seals. Lapping

To ensure leakage free Mechanical seal, its faces should be properly lapped and polished. We provide extra attention on this aspect as life of Seal is depending greatly on lapping and polishing.We use best grade of lapping compound and oils to ensure better finishing of surfaces. Flatness of faces are checked for 1-2 light band under Helium Monochromatic Light Source under optical instrument. Lapping is very critical process, hence wide experience and knowledge is required.

After Sales Service

Our engineers are trained properly to tackle all service problems effectively and promptly. We are committed to attend all service problems of our customers at a short notice and provide necessary spares immediately. Our Engineers also provide training to maintenance staff of customer to handle emergency.

Packing

We pay special attention on packing as Mechanical Seal Components are very Delicate & Fragile. We pack goods in many layers before putting in box to avoid any breakage during logistic. Every component is marked with full details to avoid any problem to the receiver, store & inspection agencies at client’s site.

Training

We believe strongly that trained person cause less problems to client as well as vendor.We train our people in workshop & at site to do trouble-shooting. We also train client’s staff by imparting knowledge of Mechanical Seals in the form of personal discussions, seminars & demonstrations .
